Disappointing and disheartening. That's how municipal officials in Summerland describe a recent rash of thefts of plants meant to beautify the community. The thefts started back in May but have ramped up in recent weeks and as Klaudia Van Emmerik reports, it has the community's mayor asking residents to keep an eye out for the possible culprits.
