One of the most experienced Canadian athletes at these Olympic games is gymnast Ellie Black from Halifax. This will be the 28-year old’s fourth time at the Olympics, and she is still the country’s best chance at the gymnastics medal. As Mike Armstrong explains, Black is part of a trend of gymnasts lasting longer in the sport, but it’s not easy.
