Toronto hasn’t been touched by wildfire smoke to the same degree it was for the past two summers, but the city is continuing to forge ahead with a strategy to prepare. But the limited hours available for a key aspect of that strategy has some warning the city it needs to do better. Matthew Bingley reports.
