Critical care paramedics with Ornge in London Ont., Andrew Hamilton and Dana Hamilton, are preparing the Ornge Air helicopter for an emergency call. The Blood on Board cooler is being secured with several bags of O-Negative blood stored inside for transfusion en route to the hospital, providing lifesaving care.
