Vancouver police have more than 400 stolen, lost and recovered bicycles housed in a warehouse on the country’s largest conveyer belt. Sgt. Steve Addison says while reported bike theft has been on the decline for several years, there are still some tips owners should follow to help police return their bike to them if it’s ever taken.
