The B.C. government is taking steps to stop the distribution of intimate images online. As Data Privacy and Cybersecurity lawyer Claire Feltrin explains, victims can now go to a tribunal to get their private images removed from the internet. The Intimate Images Protection Act also enables victims to claim compensation.
