National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) chair Jennifer Homendy said Sunday that the auto pressurization fail light on board an Alaska Airlines flight that was forced to make an emergency landing when the door plug tore off the aircraft had illuminated on three separate flights. However, she said it was unclear if the incidents were connected.
