Thousands of B.C. parents of elementary school kids are receiving a Written Learning Update. It replaces traditional report cards by getting rid letter grades for k to 9 students. Now, we’ve known about this change for a while. But as Angela Jung reports, many parents and teachers seem to be confused about certain aspects of it.
