A controversial bike path in Montreal’s NDG neighbourhood, that was removed after residents loudly opposed it in 2020, is getting a second chance. The borough council is again planning to reimagine Terrebonne Street to make it more bike friendly and less welcoming to cars. And as Global’s Dan Spector reports, it’s causing conflict yet again.
