Wed, Mar 11 – Smokers are getting their butts in gear with the Lung Association of Nova Scotia’s program that helps to teach smokers how to run. The eight-week program at the Homburg Health & Wellness Centre on the Saint Mary’s campus introduces smokers to the love of running, with activity levels customized to each participant.
