A fire in Millbrook on Friday afternoon left three people without a home. Fire crews from Otonabee-South Monaghan and Cavan-Monaghan townships were called to the scene around 4 p.m. Flames could be seen pouring out of the house on Plains Circle. Cavan Monaghan fire chief Bill Balfour tells Global Peterborough the home is a total loss and neighbours are now helping the residents.. The cause of the fire is under investigation
