U.S. trade war: ‘Canada has been ripping us off for many, many years,’ Trump says
U.S. President Donald Trump commented on a new ad that features Mich. Republican Mike Rogers calling for an end to the tariff war with Canada. Speaking at the White House on Wednesday, Trump said he viewed the ad “as though [Rogers] wanted Canada to make a deal,” with the U.S., adding that “Canada has been ripping us off for many, many years and they're not going to rip us off anymore.”
