The City of Winnipeg said spray pads will stay open daily from 9:30 a.m. – 8:30 p.m. through until Sept. 11 -- one week longer than initially planned, as summer weather continues.

The Manitoba government has announced it's providing $400,000 for Folklorama to help offset some costs after the festival's two-year hiatus amid the COVID pandemic.
