  Police said 45-year-old Rodney Rizun of no fixed address has been identified as the victim of the fatal shooting.

  Paramedics and police were called to Scarlettwood Court, off of Scarlett Road and south of Lawrence Avenue West, after 11 p.m. on Friday with reports of a shooting.
