A vehicle carrying three 16-year-olds from St. Albert rolled on a rural road just west of the city Monday, killing Bellerose Composite High School Grade 10 student Shea-Lynn McGaw.

St. Albert is launching a city-wide road safety review after a 13-year-old boy was struck by a vehicle and killed while riding his bike last week.
