According to police, an overnight incident involving a logging truck happened along the Channel Parkway in Penticton, B.C., landed the vehicle in the water and has led to delays.

Both Penticton RCMP and the B.C. Highway Patrol were on scene investigating the crash at Highway 97 and Warren Avenue.
