Barrie police say a man from Thornton, Ont., is charged with stunt driving after a vehicle was caught going 83 km/h over the posted speed limit early Wednesday morning.

A 21-year-old man has died after the vehicle he was driving collided with a hydro pole in Barrie’s south end.
