According to Saskatoon Provincial Court, Ken Schultz's council entered a not guilty plea Thursday morning and requested that the man face a judge-only trial. 

Sources, including the victim, have confirmed that former school director and vice-principal Ken Schultz is charged with sexual assault and assault with a weapon.
