Investigators are asking anyone who may have witnessed this incident, or captured it on video, to contact the Richmond RCMP directly.

The victim of a brazen daylight shooting outside a Richmond strip mall Saturday evening has been identified as local developer 56-year-old Amarjit Singh Sandhu, and the Integrated Homicide Investigation Unit believes the shooting was targeted.
