The judge gave 44-year-old Ian Leighton seven months in jail followed by two years of probation for surreptitiously recording people in the bathroom.

Ian Leighton was charged after a hidden camera was found in a staff washroom of Summerhill Winery last summer.

Ian Michael Leighton, 43, is facing 13 counts of voyeurism, three charges of making child pornography, one charge of possession of child pornography, and one count of obstruction of justice.
