Vancouver police said a man who was on Granville Street, near Nelson Street, just after 10 p.m. Tuesday suffered life-threatening injuries when gunfire ignited. 

An early morning stabbing on Granville Street near Helmcken Street has sent three people to hospital, all with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
