Michael Briegel, Calgary's chief business license inspector, said an investigation was launched after the city received multiple 311 complaints of vaping products sold to minors.

According to a Calgary business licence inspector, the owner and manager of Gemini Convenience Store face 42 counts of violating the Tobacco, Smoking and Vaping Reduction Act.
