An investigation into an allegation of abuse at the Charmian Craven Child Care Centre in Ottawa has concluded with no charges being laid, the city said Thursday.

The City of Ottawa says one of its child-care centres is under investigation from police and the Children's Aid Society for allegations of sexual abuse.
