Environment Canada says a cold front will pass through southern Ontario from west to east on Monday evening and overnight, bringing a slightly cooler and drier air mass for Tuesday.

According to police, the driver of the Chevrolet Equinox remained at the scene. No charges have been laid.

The wrapping was inspected, but officers were unable to determine if the needle was introduced during or after manufacturing, police say.
