• Missing Port Alberni woman likely a victim of foul play, RCMP say

  Amber Manthorne, 40, was reported missing on July 8, 2022, from her home on Central Lake Road in Port Alberni. She has not been seen since.

  Earlier this week, Port Alberni RCMP said Amber Manthorne may be in the company of a man, but that man has since been located and officers no longer believe she is with him.
