CALGARY- Homicide detectives with the Calgary Police Service are investigating the death of an 18 year old man found early Saturday morning near a downtown bar.
At about 2:45 A.M., emergency crews were called to the 200 block of 10 Avenue SW for a man needing medical help.

They found the victim suffering from life-threatening injuries and rushed him to Foothills Hospital where he died of his injuries a few hours later.
Investigators say the man was suffering from multiple cuts and stab wounds and they believe he was also stomped.
Police say they believe the victim was involved in at least one fight outside a downtown bar.
Detectives say they have a 20 year old man in custody and are interviewing numerous witnesses.
Friends have identified the victim as 18-year-old Austin Lukas Strasser-Hird. He also goes by Lukas Strasser.
