CALGARY- Dozens marched through Calgary’s downtown on Friday afternoon, protesting human right abuses in Saudi Arabia.
The Ethiopian community says they’re outraged over violent attacks against migrant workers in the Middle East. They say there are also reports of police and gangs destroying work permits from legally documented workers.
Protesters chanted and waved signs as they walked through the city. They are hoping to help bring attention to issue in hopes of driving change.
