Saskatchewan Parks and Recreation Association CEO Todd Schafer announced on Wednesday the province’s free park pass program, which is available through Saskatchewan’s public libraries, will expand its availability from 800 to 1200 passes. Schafer reminded the public to kindly return the free passes as they would a book once they’ve used them.
