GRANDMOTHER’S BAY, Sask. – A man has drowned after his snowmobile plunged through the ice near Grandmothers Bay, Sask.
The man was snowmobiling on Otter Lake near the community on Tuesday afternoon when he went through the ice.

He was unable to get out of the water and drowned.
RCMP and the coroner’s office continue to investigate.
Grandmothers Bay is approximately 440 kilometres north of Saskatoon.
