SASKATOON – The replacement of red light cameras will create overnight traffic restrictions at two intersections in Saskatoon.

Crews will begin replacing cameras on Monday at the intersection of 51st Street and Warman Road.

On Monday and Tuesday evenings, all median lanes will be restricted at the intersection.

The other replacement at Preston Avenue and 8th Street is also expected to take two nights.

East and westbound median lanes will be needed overnight on Wednesday and Thursday.

The installations will take place in 12-hour shifts starting at 6 p.m. each evening.

The city is asking motorists to allow extra time when travelling through orange zones, watch for pedestrians and obey all signs.
