TORONTO – Singer Robin Thicke says he learned a lot about women from his Canadian dad, actor Alan Thicke.

In an interview with Elle, the 36-year-old “Blurred Lines” star – whose parents divorced when he was seven — said his famous father was a womanizer.

“My dad was single my whole pubescent period. He had Ms. Alabama, Ms. Dominican Republic — every week. I was like, ‘Dang, Pops,’” Thicke recalled. “He had an indoor Jacuzzi, and he frequented it. The first time I saw a naked woman was when I went to take a shower one morning before school. I was like, ‘Who is this girl in my shower?’”

Thicke described the former Growing Pains star as “very intuitive” and “very smooth” when it came to the opposite sex.

The “Give It 2 U” singer also told the magazine he and his wife of eight years, actress Paula Patton, know how to keep things hot in the bedroom.

“The spice is not our problem. We’re overspiced. We could probably take a few spices off the shelf,” he shared.

Thicke said his music gets Patton worked up. “She likes to do it more than ever now. Sometimes she’ll even play groupie for me.”

He also responded to a direct question about his endowment, which is described as “big” in the video for “Blurred Lines.”

“Listen, compared to my [three-year-old] son, I’m packing,” said Thicke. “If I’m next to LeBron James? It’s probably not quite as impressive.”

The singer admitted it’s not always love and sex for he and Patton. He said the couple fights frequently.

“Oh yeah! Lock up the golf clubs,” said Thicke.

“If you don’t fight, then you don’t care. If you’re not fighting for the relationship, you need to move on,” he explained.

“A lot of times, a fight is because you didn’t like the way the other person responded. You didn’t have time to help them properly. There are so many little things you can fight about when you’re in love.”
