As the witness was reporting the incident to a SeaBus attendant, they witnessed the man appearing to do the same thing to another woman.

The attendant told the woman what had happened and called Transit police, but she boarded the Vancouver-bound SeaBus shortly after.

Transit police are hoping to speak to the woman, who was around 20 years old and wearing a red dress. They would also like to speak to the other witness, who left the area following the incident.
