SASKATOON – A Saskatoon man has been charged after being accused of luring a teen girl for sexual purposes.

David Andrew Hubbard, 40, was arrested by members of the Saskatchewan internet child exploitation (ICE) unit on Friday.

He had gone to a pre-arranged location in Saskatoon to meet the 15-year-old girl.

Police nabbed Hubbard after he attempted to evade capture.

He has been charged with luring a child and flight from police and made his first court appearance on Monday morning.

This is not the first time Hubbard has been charged with child luring.

In 2008, he was convicted of child luring and possession of child pornography under similar circumstances as his most recent arrest.
