Residents of Salmo have cast their votes for their next mayor in the 2022 B.C. municipal election.
Global News is projecting that incumbent Diana Lockwood, with around 53 per cent of the vote, has been re-elected as the community’s mayor. It will be her second term.
Projected to win seats on council are Todd Wallace, Jennifer Lins, Kenzie Neil and Melanie Cox.
