B.C. municipal election 2022: Maple Ridge results

It appears incumbent Maple Ridge Mayor Mike Morden will not be resuming the top job.

Global News projects Dan Ruimy will be mayor after the 2022 B.C. municipal election.

Morden easily won the 2018 election with more than 56 per cent of the vote.

Global News projects that joining Ruimy to make up the council will be Ahmed Yousef, Jenny Tan, Korleen Carreras, Sunny Schiller, Judy Dueck and Onyeka Dozie A.
