WEST KELOWNA–A West Kelowna business with alleged ties to organized crime is in the cross-hairs of BC’s Civil Forfeiture Office.
The office has filed a lawsuit seeking the assets of Cycle Logic, which it’s alleged was a chop shop for storing, processing and selling stolen vehicles.

RCMP raided the business in August 2012, seizing about $750,000 in vehicles and machinery.
At the time, police said Cycle Logic was used by members of the Hells Angels and other biker gangs.
The business owner, John Edward Newcome, goes to trial at the end of the month on 17 charges.
Following the police raid, the District of West Kelowna cancelled the business license for Cycle Logic.
