Police say investigators are working to identify, arrest and charge a fourth suspect.

Investigators say six people – described by police as visible minorities – were accosted by four white men who yelled racial slurs and hate-based profanities just before they attacked the group.

One victim was struck with a weapon and received minor injuries before the group “fled in fear” and called police.
