MONTREAL – A 25-year-old man died after falling from the ninth floor of an apartment building on Côte-des-Neiges Rd.
Police say the man was trying to get into his ex-girlfriend’s home at around 2:20 am Wednesday.

When she refused to let him in, he went to the roof and then attempted to climb down to her balcony.
He lost his grip and plummeted to the ground.
His death was later confirmed at the hospital.
A woman and another witness were treated for shock.
