LASALLE – Two people are dead after a shooting in Lasalle late Tuesday night.
Around 10:15 police received calls about a conflict in an apartment building on Des Oblats St.

When they arrived at the scene a 29-year-old woman was found dead with at least one gunshot wound.
A 30-year-old man was transported to hospital but later died of injuries from a sharp object.

Police say the circumstances are very unclear and the case has been handed over to the major-crimes unit.
No arrests have been made.
