KELOWNA — A Kelowna man is issuing a warning after being fined for trespassing on Westbank First Nations land.
A few weeks ago, Bruce Oryezuk parked his vehicle on a sideroad off McCullough Road.

When he returned, he found a $125 ticket on his windshield.
Oryezuk fought the ticket, arguing there wasn’t adequate signage indicating he was on band land.
He lost the challenge which cost him an additional $40.
