TORONTO — Actress Nina Dobrev has posed topless to show her support for the U.S. Affordable Care Act — better known as Obamacare.
The Vampire Diaries star, who moved with her family to Canada when she was only two years old, posted a black-and-white photo on Instagram showing her holding a sign reading “#getcovered” in front of her chest.

“Im Canadian. We have healthcare for all,” reads a message posted with the photo. “If you don’t have insurance go to http://say.ly/cdi6TN2 and #GetCovered, Because w/o it, youre naked.”
Dobrev, 24, joins stars like Sarah Silverman, Rosario Dawson and Julianne Moore who tweeted “#getcovered” last week.
