Lethbridge Police warn public about release of high-risk offender

The Lethbridge Regional Police Service wants the public to be aware of the upcoming release of 34-year-old Waylon Aylmer Heavy Head.

Heavy Head, who also goes by Oka, is being released from the Lethbridge Correctional Centre on October 6th.

Heavy Head served a five month sentence for sexual assault, assault and breach of recognizance and undertaking.

Lethbridge Police want the public to know that Heavy Head’s file indicates that he is a violent, sexual offender and is at high risk to re-offend.

Waylon Aylmer Heavy head will be living in the city of Lethbridge on probation under conditions that he refrain from alcohol consumption or any other intoxicating substances and remain in the jurisdiction of the court.
