A woman came forward to Coquitlam Search and Rescue Monday night, saying she had seen a man resembling missing man Shin Noh’s description.
Noh, 64, was last seen on Wednesday when he left for his morning walk in the area of Guilford and Lansdowne in Coquitlam.
He suffers from Alzheimer’s, and speaks mostly Korean but can speak English.
The woman who said she saw him on Monday night tried to speak to him, but he wouldn’t come with her. Her cell phone had died so she could not call the police, but the sighting was close to the Noh family home.

Volunteers searched the area for several hours, but found nothing.
There have been a few other sightings of the missing man as well. Two construction workers apparently saw Noh early Wednesday afternoon in a construction site, and another person says they spotted him on Lincoln Avenue near Coast Meridian late Friday afternoon.
“My dad has a thousand fans,” said Shin’s son Sam. “I want to tell him about that. He has a lot of people looking for him, people who have never met him. People are just walking off the streets, coming in, and they saw it on TV or a Facebook post. It’s amazing, we have a great community here.”
