HALIFAX – A man who was injured in a car fire at a mechanic shop in Westphal, N.S. has succumbed to his injuries.
Halifax Regional Police say 58-year-old Peter Kempton of Dartmouth died Saturday morning.

Emergency crews were called to 850 Highway 7 Friday afternoon, where they found a vehicle on fire and a man seriously injured.
The matter remains under investigation by the RCMP and the Nova Scotia Department of Labour and Advanced Education.
