Police say a semi-driver is to blame for a roll-over that temporarily shut down Highway 97 through West Kelowna Monday afternoon, sending one man to hospital.
A total of three vehicles were involved in the crash that happened at 1:20 pm.
A northbound semi swerved into a passing Ford Bronco.
The SUV lost control and spun into a Nissan before rolling onto its roof.
The Bronco driver suffered minor injuries and was taken to Kelowna General Hospital.
The semi driver was ticketed for failing to keep right.
