Three people are homeless after a fire in Tsawwassen early Saturday morning.
Fire crews were called out at around 4 a.m. to the home at the corner of 12th Avenue and 52nd Street, but when they arrived the house was fully engulfed in flames.

Everyone inside managed to get out safely, but crews say the home will likely have to be torn down.
Investigators are trying to determine the cause of the blaze, but do not consider it to be suspicious.
