TORONTO – It’s that time of year again, where thousands of kids across the country are saying goodbye to summer freedom and getting back to the daily grind of going to class.

For some, September is an exciting time – meeting new friends, new teachers or possibly living on your own for the first time.

For others, it’s a dreadful time – homework,  detention, cafeteria food or climbing the rope in gym class.
