CALGARY- Police are searching for a man who may have information about a murder—just weeks after the victim’s family made a public plea for witnesses to come forward.
20-year-old Gatleak Thor Metkurjock died in January 2012, after he was found laying on the ground in front of a home in the 2100 block of 16 Street S.W.

Police say he died of blunt force trauma, and the attack is not considered random.
Metkurjock had been at a party across the street earlier that night, and investigators say there are several people who were at the home that night who they still haven’t spoken with.
They’re looking for one man in particular who may have information, though it’s not believed that he had a role in the murder.
He’s described as dark skinned, about 18-25 years old with a medium build. He was wearing a patterned winter jacket and blue jeans, and it’s believed he goes by the nickname ‘Lucky.’
Anyone with information is asked to call police or Crime Stoppers.
