A vehicle fire closed Highway 24 near Little Fort, B.C. for hours on Sunday.
It has now reopened to traffic.
Clearwater RCMP confirmed officers were called to the scene of a burning fuel truck.
One rural property was also evacuated due to the fire, RCMP confirmed.

According to the Ministry of Transportation, RCMP and fire personnel determined it was too hazardous to fight directly so they set up an 800-metre perimeter around the truck.
RCMP said there is no word yet on what caused the fire and there are no reported injuries.
