‘Free Day’ at the PNE means big crowds, long lines: Storify

From 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. today admission to The Fair at the PNE was free.

More people were expected to come down, especially considering the Fair and Playland were closed yesterday, but it appears people came out in record numbers. There have been reports of long lines, packed attractions, and overcrowded transit.
